We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in an international BPO setting, specifically within the banking process. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
Assist customers with their banking-related queries, providing accurate information and solutions.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Work night shifts as required, ensuring coverage for international clients.





Required Skills:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in an international BPO setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Familiarity with banking processes and terminology is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
