We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executives to join our growing team at Accenture. This role is pivotal in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various client requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases. You will need to understand job requirements thoroughly to identify suitable candidates and screen them based on their skills, experience, communication abilities, and overall job fit. Conducting initial telephonic or virtual interviews is a crucial part of the role, as is sharing relevant candidate profiles with clients and hiring managers.

You will coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidate records and recruitment trackers are up to date.



Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing and hiring targets is essential, as is building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. A positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process is a priority.

The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in any discipline, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid sourcing and candidate-screening abilities are necessary, along with the capability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to follow up effectively are also key. Candidates should be comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
