We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR operations, particularly with Workday systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to retire.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute HR operations processes, including onboarding, employee data management, and payroll inputs.
Utilize Workday HCM and other HR systems to streamline HR transactions and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with US HR operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Support the employee lifecycle by providing assistance in areas such as perks administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.




Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Workday, including Workday HCM, Workday Core HR, and Workday Hire to Retire.
Strong understanding of HR operations and processes, particularly in a US context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
