Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Pre-Sales Executive to validate and verify leads through outbound calls in the education industry. The role involves connecting with prospective students or parents to confirm their interest in educational programs, verify lead details, and update information in the system.
This is a non-sales role. No selling or target-based sales activities are involved.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students or parents to validate leads.
Verify basic details such as name, contact number, country interest, and room requirements.
Confirm whether the lead is genuine and interested in the relevant Properties suggested.
Identify and update lead status based on the conversation.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in the CRM or designated system.
Forward verified and interested leads to the concerned sales team.
Follow the prescribed calling process and maintain professional communication.
Achieve daily call validation and data accuracy targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
Ability to communicate confidently with students, parents and Channel Partners.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
