Key Responsibilities:
Manage the collections process for both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
Handle account maintenance and ensure accurate billing practices are followed.
Address and resolve disputes related to invoices and payments, working closely with clients to find amicable solutions.
Perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Split invoices as necessary and maintain detailed records of all transactions.




Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in collections.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in international voice communication, particularly in a collections environment.
