We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in internal auditing, with a focus on compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Financial Controls (IFC). This role is critical in ensuring that our financial operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the internal audit function, including planning, executing, and reporting on audits.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with SOX and IFC requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee.




Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Provide guidance and training to junior audit staff.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in internal auditing, particularly in SOX and IFC.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
