We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis, with a focus on creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain BRDs and FRDs to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Utilize SQL to analyze data and generate insights that inform business decisions.
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure that requirements are integrated into the development process.
Work within Agile methodology,



participating in sprint planning and reviews to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Utilize Jira for project management and tracking progress on tasks and issues.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Solid knowledge of BRD and FRD documentation processes.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience using Jira for project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
