Role: Technical Support Executive

Shift: Night rotaional shifts
5 Days working, 2 day rotational off
Salary: 22K To 35K Take home + CTC & additional allowances
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
Manage and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently.
Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft services and applications.
Support networking issues and cloud-based services.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues.

Requirements:
Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of networking principles and cloud technologies.
