As the Order Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of orders from initiation to fulfillment, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the order management team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee the order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and logistics, to streamline order management processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order management and implement improvements as necessary.




Handle vendor management and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in order management practices.
Address and resolve any issues related to order processing and fulfillment in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
