We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the BFSI sector, including banking, insurance, broking, and capital markets. This role is critical in ensuring effective governance and oversight of project portfolios, as well as facilitating communication and decision-making through steering committees.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the PMO function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation and project prioritization.
Develop and implement PMO processes, tools,



and templates to enhance project delivery and reporting.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of governance frameworks and project portfolio management.
Experience in the BFSI sector, with a focus on banking, insurance, broking, or capital markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
