We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bancassurance Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our life insurance products through bancassurance channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking and insurance sectors, as well as excellent sales skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with bank partners to promote life insurance products.
Conduct training sessions for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of our insurance offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.




Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of bancassurance and life insurance products.
Proven sales experience in the BFSI sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
