We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our agile team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum processes. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted, helping the team to improve their processes and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and execution of Scrum.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.




Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.
Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices.
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
