Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and track the progress of recruitment efforts.




Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including bulk and mass hiring initiatives.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with bulk hiring and mass hiring techniques.
