The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through telephonic communication, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication strategies. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, ensuring that we meet our targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a skilled manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
Follow up with leads and provide information to assist in the sales process.




Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve our offerings.

Required Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced workplace.
