The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the international voice process and a strong background in customer support within the BPO and call center settings. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Provide support for a range of products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and assistance.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train and mentor junior staff,



sharing best practices and knowledge to foster a team-oriented team environment.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in an international voice process, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
