Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or BPO sector.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Robust persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
