The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the US healthcare system and experience in claims processing and adjudication. This role is critical in ensuring that claims are accurately processed and adjudicated in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze claims submissions to determine eligibility and compliance with policy guidelines.
Process claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely adjudication.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve claims issues and discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies affecting claims processing.
Provide support and training to junior staff on claims adjudication processes.




Generate reports on claims processing metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in QNXT and familiarity with US healthcare systems.
Strong understanding of claims adjudication processes and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
