Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.




Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills:
Robust understanding of HR recruitment processes, particularly in non-IT sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with bulk hiring and sales recruitment strategies.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, and MBA freshers are encouraged to apply.
