Key Responsibilities
1.Assist customers across multiple channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails, ensuring a helpful and qualified experience.
2.Listen to and understand customer requirements, address their concerns, and provide appropriate resolutions or guidance.
3.Identify issues that require additional support and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.
4.Monitor pending cases and proactively follow up to ensure queries are resolved within the expected timelines.
5.Maintain transparent and updated records of customer conversations, concerns, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference.
