Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics, including CSAT scores, to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and work towards achieving KPIs set for customer success.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.




Provide training and support to customers to help them effectively use our products and services.
Prepare reports on customer success metrics and present findings to management.

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of customer success metrics, including CSAT, SLA, and KPI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer management.
