We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager specializing in Institutional Sales to join our agile team in the Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, corporate sales, and mutual funds sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with institutional clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to target institutional clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and government entities. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and pursuing current business opportunities within the institutional sales sector.




Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Providing regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the institutional sales landscape, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A certification from NISM is preferred.
