We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in internal auditing, with a focus on compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and IFC (Internal Financial Controls). This role is critical in ensuring that our financial operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the internal audit function, including planning, executing, and reporting on audits.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with SOX and IFC requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee.




Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the organization.
