The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit underwriting and credit risk management, with a focus on retail and secured lending. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our lending portfolio and managing associated risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the credit underwriting process to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and due diligence on potential borrowers, analyzing financial statements and credit histories.
Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk matrices to monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks.
Ensure covenant compliance and manage the ongoing monitoring of borrower performance against agreed terms.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance portfolio management strategies and improve risk mitigation processes.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant compliance standards.

Required Skills:
