We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Business Analyst to join our team in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP data migration processes, particularly with S4 HANA and Business Objects Data Services (BODS). This role is crucial for ensuring the successful migration of data within our SAP systems, and the candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement effective migration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units to understand data migration requirements and objectives.
Analyze existing data structures and develop migration plans to ensure data integrity and accuracy during the transition to S4 HANA.
Utilize Business Objects Data Services (BODS) to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.




Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to identify and resolve any issues prior to go-live.
Provide training and support to end-users on current data systems and processes.
Document all migration processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in SAP and S4 HANA.
Strong experience with data migration techniques and tools, particularly BODS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
