We are seeking a agile and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the medical devices sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the assigned territory, which includes Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. This role requires a robust understanding of consultative sales techniques and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the medical devices sector.
Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to promote our range of medical devices, particularly in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the perks and features of our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer feedback.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.




Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in territory sales or area sales management, preferably in the medical devices industry.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
