The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial in supporting project teams and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and billing records.
Ensure that all documents are properly filed and archived for easy retrieval.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that all documentation meets project requirements.
Assist in the preparation of billing documents, including RA bills and BOQs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Monitor document control processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.




Support the implementation of document management systems and tools, particularly in relation to Smart City projects.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of document control processes and best practices.
Experience with billing processes, including RA bills and BOQs.
Proficiency in managing invoices and financial documentation.
Familiarity with Smart City initiatives and related documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
