Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients to collect outstanding payments and resolve any issues related to their accounts.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet recovery targets.
Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and facilitate payment arrangements.




Prepare reports on collection activities and provide updates to management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.

Required Skills:
