Responsibilities: Achieve business objectives for Retail Liabilities Sales at the branch level, focusing on value, volume, and channel productivity.



Source and onboard high-value Current Account customers and their family banking relationships. Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products such as insurance and investment solutions. Promote and penetrate business banking products like CMS, POS, and Beat services to CA customers. Acquire current customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels. Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing. Maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
