The ideal candidate will have a robust background in direct sales, particularly in the financial services sector, with a focus on demat accounts and CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) sales. This role is crucial for driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the demat and CASA segments.
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the advantages of our financial products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,



and regulatory changes to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into market conditions and sales performance.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of demat accounts and CASA products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
