Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue in the medical gases sector.
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Oversee P&L; management to ensure profitability and financial health of the business unit.
Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge and sales techniques related to medical gases.




Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists and decision-makers in hospitals.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in direct sales and business development, particularly in the medical gases or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of P&L; management and financial analysis.
Excellent key account management skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of helium, cryogenic gases, and other industrial gases is highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
