As a Special Education Teacher, you will work closely with students, parents, and other educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' abilities and needs to develop tailored educational programs.
Implement IEPs and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure that students receive appropriate support in the classroom.
Provide direct instruction and support to students in various subjects, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.




Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Participate in career development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is a plus.
