We are seeking a dedicated BPO Executive specializing in US Healthcare to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare processes, particularly in accounts receivable (AR) calling and HIPAA compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support in navigating the complexities of the US healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare accounts, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients and stakeholders.
Manage accounts receivable processes, including follow-ups on outstanding payments and resolving billing discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.




Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the companys database.
Provide training and support to new team members on US healthcare protocols and compliance standards.

Required Skills:
Robust understanding of US healthcare systems and processes.
Experience in AR calling and managing accounts receivable.
