The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality management systems and a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.




Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance practices and procedures.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001:2015.
Experience with NCR, CAPA, and RCA methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
