We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in our facility located in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical maintenance and hydraulic systems, particularly with injection machines. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of all maintenance activities, leading a team of technicians, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems and injection machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.




Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.
