The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international voice processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a BPO Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls for international clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.




Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of products and services.

Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Previous experience in an international voice process is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
