The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the debt recovery process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to collections, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve payment issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic collections and follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate debt recovery.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of collections status.
Implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding debts.




Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns related to their accounts.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Knowledge of debt recovery processes and regulations is a plus.
