The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting telephonic and field collections to recover outstanding debts.
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
Developing and implementing effective collection strategies to meet recovery targets.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer disputes and issues.




Providing excellent customer service while negotiating payment plans and settlements.
Reporting on collection progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills:
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks.
Knowledge of debt recovery processes and regulations.
Experience in collections or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
