Key Responsibilities
Job Postings: Assist in drafting, formatting, and publishing job descriptions on job portals, career sites, and social media networks.
IT Recruitment : Finding most suitable IT candidates
Candidate Sourcing: Search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and college networks.
Resume Screening: Review incoming applications and resumes to short-list candidates who match basic job requirements.
Initial Outreach: Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and interest.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Data Management: Keep candidate records, interview feedback, and pipeline statuses updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates and a positive experience to applicants throughout the hiring process.
