Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates in the non-IT sectors.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
