We are seeking a dedicated Loan Collection Executive to join our team in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of loans, specifically focusing on vehicle and auto loans. This role is crucial in ensuring that our loan portfolio remains healthy and that we maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial situations and negotiate repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients for loan products.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.




Report on collection progress and challenges to management regularly.

Required Skills:
