We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order-to-cash (O2C) and order-to-cash (OTC) processes, with a specific focus on accounts receivable management and dispute resolution. This role is critical in ensuring that our company maintains healthy cash flow and effective customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Oversee the resolution of customer disputes and discrepancies, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues related to billing and payments.
Monitor accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts as necessary.




Prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable function.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of OTC and O2C processes.
Proven experience in accounts receivable management.
