We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our agile team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Agile methodologies and a passion for facilitating teams to achieve their best performance. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the Agile process, ensuring that they adhere to Scrum principles and practices. You will be responsible for coaching team members, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and execution of Scrum.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
Monitor and report on Agile metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.




Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve overall Agile adoption.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles for the team.
