Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring productive execution of HR processes.
Oversee Workday transactions and ensure accurate data management within the system.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
Implement best practices in HR operations, focusing on the Hire to Retire process.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills:
