Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute HR operations processes, including onboarding, employee data management, and payroll inputs.
Utilize Workday HCM and Workday Core HR to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Collaborate with US HR Operations to align processes and support the employee lifecycle effectively.
Handle Workday transactions and ensure timely processing of HR requests.
Provide support for HR-related inquiries and assist in resolving employee issues.




Continuously improve HR operations processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Workday, including Workday HCM, Workday Core HR, and Workday HR Operations.
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
