Key Responsibilities:
Approach and engage potential donors at public locations across Delhi NCR.
Explain the organisation's mission, programmes, and impact.
Build rapport with individuals and motivate them to support the cause.
Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and collections.
Represent the organisation professionally and positively.
Attend daily team briefings and share progress with the Team Leader.
Skills & Competencies:
Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in the field for up to 8 hours a day.
Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
