Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR professional with solid expertise in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining SAP HR solutions in a business-critical environment.

Robust understanding of SAP HCM processes
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SAP ABAP HR/HCM programs and enhancements.
Work on HR-related reports, interfaces, conversions and forms.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Develop integrations using BAPI, RFC, OData and APIs.
Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
Follow coding standards, documentation and testing practices.
Support SAP HR applications through the complete development lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have robust hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR/HCM, good communication skills and the ability to work from the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai office.
