Your responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities for sand casting and sub-station parts
Monitor adherence to production plans, work orders, and process parameters
Track casting defects, deviations, and support corrective & preventive actions




Ensure compliance to safety standards, PPE usage, and 5S practices
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Process teams
Prepare and update production, rejection, and performance reports
Support manpower and resource allocation for smooth operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and waste reduction

Required profile:
Working knowledge of sand-casting processes (moulding, core making, melting, pouring, fettling)
Ability to monitor production execution and process compliance
Knowledge of common casting defects and basic root cause analysis
Understanding of work orders, SOPs, and shop-floor documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic production reporting
Awareness of safety practices and foundry shop-floor discipline
