Executive Overview

Nonashield is seeking an execution-driven Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – India to join our founding team as our primary Sales Closer. In this high-impact co-founding role, your singular focus over the first 90 days will be to validate our commercial offering by originating, managing, and closing 2 to 3 enterprise client logos.

This position is structured as a Founding Commercial Partnership. Designed for a hands-on commercial leader with proven enterprise deal-closing ability, this role offers high commercial upside and co-founder equity ownership tied directly to customer acquisition and revenue collection.





Primary 90-Day Mandate & Target

Core Goal: Convert enterprise prospects into 2 to 3 signed, paying client logos within the 90-day validation period.
Execution Focus: Drive rapid discovery, proof-of-value (PoV) trials, proposal delivery, and commercial negotiations to finalize paid contracts.
Founder Alignment: Leverage dedicated technical, product, and proposal support from the founding team to accelerate deal cycles and overcome client objections.

Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Closing & Pipeline Origination

Originate, qualify, and lead high-priority enterprise prospects across target sectors in India.
Drive complete deal lifecycles from initial contact through executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract sign-off.
Position Nonashield’s value proposition directly to $CXOs$, Heads of Procurement, and key technical decision-makers to secure quick commercial commitment.
