• Required Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of experience in software testing, with substantial functional testing experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday testing.
Experience creating and executing test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
Solid understanding of defect management and the full testing lifecycle.
Demonstrated capability to lead testing activities, coordinate teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with teams across locations and time zones.
