Role Description The Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, reconciling bank statements, supporting monthly and annual closing, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders,



preparing basic financial reports, and assisting with audits and documentation. The Accounts Executive is expected to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and support the finance function in smooth, efficient operations.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), including data entry and report generation.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain skilled conduct.
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com or equivalent).
